Privacy Policy
AI Home Lab is a private, non-commercial application available only to authorized household Google accounts.
Information accessed
With an authorized user’s consent, the application may access Gmail messages and metadata needed to categorize and prioritize email, extract action items, create summaries, apply labels, and prepare reply drafts.
How information is used
- Email is processed primarily on a privately controlled Mac mini.
- Personal and location information is intended to remain on privately controlled systems.
- If cloud AI is used, information is sanitized to remove sensitive details before submission.
- Google user data is used only to provide the household automation features requested by the authorized user.
Sharing and sale
Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with data brokers. It is not transferred to third parties except when an authorized user explicitly directs a feature that requires a service provider, subject to the safeguards described above.
Storage and security
Operational summaries, classifications, and review-queue information may be stored on privately controlled systems. Access is limited to authorized household users. The public website does not collect inbox contents and does not provide access to the private automation system.
Control and deletion
Users can revoke Google access at any time from their Google Account security settings. To request deletion of locally stored application data, contact support@aihomelab.net.
Google API data
The application’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
